Refunds & Exchanges
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued for jewellery that arrives faulty on arrival & when provided with photographic evidence. The delivery date from Australia Post will be used for proof of delivery date.
Refunds will only be issued within 48hrs of that delivery date.
Note: All refunds are for the actual product and does not include the shipping fee spent.

EXCHANGES
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged, but not for change of mind or incorrect choice. Please read the product descriptions and view images carefully.
We try to be as detailed as possible in our descriptions to avoid disappointments.
